Entire Guest Suite w/ Private Entrance & Kitchen

Used to be a granny flat space of the house. This is a very spacious room that has its own bedroom, open plan living room and kitchenette. You have your own shower and almost exclusive use of the toilet. A big fridge/freezer provided inside the room. A big 32in LED TV with NOWTV access to movies ONLY and dvd player for own use. Good place for back packers or short/long term business trips. A good place to just relax and rest with the comfort of your OWN PRIVACY. With very fast unlimited highspeed fiber internet. Self check in with locker key. Your room has its own private entrance. You will have your own key of your main door which is at the back of the house. Locker key code will be provided a day before arrival. Everything is included inside your room...You will have your own privacy without bumping into us. My place is only 5 minute walk to Cotgrave Leisure Center which has swimming pool, gym and indoor tennis/ badminton court. About 10 minutes walk to the nearest Sainsbury and Coop shop and ATMs. There is a little Asian shop near the corner as well as beauty saloon too within 5minute walk. This is available for short term or long term stay. The messy forest garden can be access. The main kitchen of the house for anything u need...from pans etc..but everything has already inside your room. Sorry about the garden, its a bit messy/untidy but this would not affect your private place or room which at this price, got almost everything. Everything inside the room can be USE and you can EAT/DRINK everything in the fridge for free. We are very friendly family with two teenage boys. I will try to provide as much help or information when needed. Please contact me via text or email. I will try to reply soon as I am available during my break times at work on daytime but I am awake until midnight for any concern. We respect your privacy so we expect the same treatment for us. Although we are very friendly and available to chat but this will be a VERY quiet place to stay because family all goes to work and school at daytime. We cant entertain you much because we are only in at night but feel free to join us and have a chat or have a meal with us at night if you want. We love to hear about different cultures or sing along with us or watch live tv in our living room. Cotgrave is a small quiet town known to be a place for coal miners residences from the Cotgrave Coaliery. There is not much to see but the mine was converted to a small park which u can walk or cycle with a small lake and canals. If u have a car, you can park beside the #17 Left Side of the garages or beside my house along this private street. Belvoir Castle and Langar Hall and the airfield is just few minute drive. You can walk to MANVERS pub with live band, Rose & Crown Restaurant serves very delicious meals. The COTGRAVE MINERS is a pub and often has live band and often has performances and activities. Cotgrave Leisure Center with pool and gym is within walking distance as well as Coop and Sainsbury shops and post office. Well known and cheap SHEPHERDS is only 5minute drive from my house that serves breakfast and all day carvery. Cotgrave bus connection runs every 20 minutes to city centre and ticket can be paid in the bus. My place is only two minutes walk to Bramble Way bus stop. My house is at the corner with the only built-in extension in this street and just beside the garages and there is a boat parked beside the house. Clean white towels are provided. Complimentary tea, coffee and a pint of milk provided for short stays. Cooking condiments like oil, salt, blk pepper, onion & garlic granules and vinegar are also provided. Shampoo, soap, toothpaste are also available. A folding bed with a foam will be provided for the third guest.
