Excellent location 200 meters from Lamezia Terme Central Station, just a short walk from the bus stop to city center and 3 minutes from Lamezia Terme International Airport. You will find a cozy, informal place with all the comforts that you need. Private room with bathroom and large terrace in a newly built building. Equipped with French bed with super comfort mattress, quilt for every season, minibar, radio, TV, writing desk, teapot, LED lights, hot / cold air conditioning, wifi, bathroom with shower and everything needed for personal hygiene. Guests have an indipendent ingress to the room with an elevator. Maximum disposability of a family component to welcome guests. We like socializing but without being too invasive. Very close to the central station (walking distance), airport (shuttle every 30 minutes), exit of the A2 highway, SS280 Lamezia / Catanzaro expressway and a 5 minute drive from the sea. It is good to know the arrival and departure times so as to arrange the reception.
