Private Room with a cosy feel

My home is non smoking with myself & 2 cats. Quiet cul de sac location. Private parking, secluded garden and Hot tub. Shared bathroom, Fast broadband. Key-safe entry and lock and key for the room. The village has a shop/post office 2 pubs,1 serves food on the riverbank, open countryside for walks/cycling, garden center. Approx 2 miles to Beverley town center, rail & bus stations leisure center, cinema, theater, bars & restaurants & close to the race course. The room is cosy with a single bed clean bedding and towels, bedside cabinet,Wardrobe, Dressing table/desk with chair. Bookshelf and Small table with Tea/Coffee making facilities, mini fridge, bowl, plate and cutlery. Breakfast is variety of cereals, bread for toast, butter, jam/marmalade.(please request brown or white before you arrive) There is parking in-front of the house or off street on the drive. Bus routes pass through the village too along with local taxi firms. Quiet cul de sac in a small friendly village.
