The bedroom (located on the second floor) has a queen sized bed, and the office area has a full sized futon. Located in a great neighborhood on within easy walking distance to Phillips Exeter Academy, downtown Exeter and the Amtrak Downeaster. The train goes north to Freeport, ME and south to Boston. Exeter is a short drive to several beautiful beaches, Portsmouth, NH, Kittery, ME and Newburyport, MA. The house is part of a duplex. We (the owners) live next door and will be available for check in/check out and questions in between. This is a great and safe neighborhood, with lots of friendly folks. Sidewalks lead you down the street to Phillips Exeter and into town. The Amtrak Downeaster station is a 5 minute walk. Located less than a mile from the shops and restaurants of downtown.
