Home from Home

This is a new build property.only few months old . Very local to.Nottingham and Derby by car . There is a big Tesco.and Morrissons close by and Asda for fuel. The Derbyshire dales and Matlock are not to far by car . This is a lovely relaxed home i live here so will be around at times Guest have access to the lounge which as a tv . The kitchen and dining area is accessible to guests to make a drink and do cereal and use microwave but this is only a bed and cereal or toast in the morning . NO COOKING ON THE PREMISES As i live here i will be around in the home so will get to answer any questions you may have This is a modern estate but very quiet All guests are ask to remove shoes as this place as all new flooring and carpets .And generally respect.the home please
