Well presented spacious 50’s style three bed semi in a highly sought after area of Stafford. The home has undergone extensive refurbishment in a sympathetic style to the age of the property which provides two shared lounges (one overlooking the delightful gardens) dining room , kitchen and W.C. The oak staircase leads to the guest accommodation which has an en-suite shower room. The family bathroom is also available for guest use having a luxurious Victorian style bath. Breakfast available at a small additional cost by prior arrangement. The home is close to Cannock Chase and has a nearby bus stop to the town which 2 miles from the town centre. The mature host has a wealth of knowledge regarding the nearby facilities and is more than welcome to help you in any way to enjoy your stay in Stafford. There is on occasion a small Dachshund called “Bernie” that stays here but should you prefer that the dog is not there during your stay please advise me and he can stay at his many friends houses. Located on a quiet upmarket neighbourhood with a few shops and local hostelries in close proximity. There is a local bus service close by,plus a host of taxi companies to enable you to get about should you wish to leave a car at the house.
