Perle de Lavaux with outstanding Lake Léman views

Fully furnished little house on two floors located in the heart of the UNESCO World heritage wine region called Lavaux. This cosy little place has its own private terrace with a splendid view on the Lac Léman and the mountains. Can accomodate up to 2 adults. Please note that we require a minimal stay of 3 nights. Our little renovated house is the perfect place to stay for a shorter or longer stay in the french speaking part of Switzerland. There is a fully-furnished brand new kitchen with dish washer and washing machine on the ground floor. The bedroom is on the first floor with a king size bed (160x200), separate toilets and rainfall shower. Views can be enjoyed from the private terrace as well as from the bedroom. On garden level, you can relax in the shade on a hot summer day (with a barbecue). Linen & towels is available as well as a hair dryer. There is wifi throughout the space. My family and I live in the house right next door and will be greeting you upon arrival. We would love to give you some advice and recommendations to ensure a fantastic stay. The closest train station "Cully" is a 15 minutes-walk away, alternatively there is a bus connecting Riex to the train station (check for bus schedule in advance). You will reach Lausanne on one side and Vevey on the other in about 10 minutes. Please note that if you stay with us, Lausanne-Montreux Tourisme will offer you a free of charge travel card for the length of your stay, which gives you access to trains and buses between Lausanne and Villeneuve. If you are looking to drive, there are plenty of free parking spaces 200 meters away from the house.
