Molewood Small garden Studio (Strictly No smoking)

Set in a very quiet peaceful area, this a very compact little space (studio) and is part of a 120 yr old victorian cottage surrounded by greenery and beautiful walks, its perfect for a quiet getaway. There is Sky TV and NETFLIX, it has its own entrance, courtyard garden and driveway. Hertford North station is only 5 mins away which gets to Finsbury Park in 30 mins or Moorgate in 55. Hertford is a beautiful little town with so much history and lots of nice pubs and restaurants. Still available during these worrying times but as it’s completely isolated from everyone it’s about as safe as you can get This self contained space is STRICTLY NO SMOKING!!!! It’s very well insulated from the elements even when its freezing outside, it has central heating and an electric radiator as a booster if needed. The property is suitable for either a lone guest or a couple who get on very well. It is a studio and therefore everything is in one room unless the weather is good then you have the garden. There's a very comfortable double bed plus a small two seater sofa bed which could be used by a child ( this needs to be requested in advance of your booking, if extra bedding is required there is an additional cost)! Kitchenette is fully equipped with Combination microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, plus washing machine. (THERE IS NO KITCHEN EXTRACTOR FAN) Facilities include NETFLIX, Sky TV and of course Wi-Fi. I used to allow pets but have recently had a couple of bad experiences and had to clean for hours. If you want to bring a pet and would be happy to pay £50 cleaning fee then please contact me to discuss it further. Fresh bed linen and fresh towels are provided as well as some essentials. The ensuite shower room has a lovely dual head shower which is fed directly from the combi boiler and always hot. An ironing board, iron, hair dryer, toaster and kettle are all provided as well. I am usually close by and want your stay to be as perfect as possible! The guests have use of the drive, there's a lockable gate which leads into the garden area. On the left of the door there is a key safe, you will be given the code ahead of your stay. There is a lovely pub called the Millstream which does great food and is really welcoming.
