Comfy annexe with bedroom, lounge and shower

Our spacious annexe has it’s own separate access; a bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with a shower and a lounge/diner. Our guests have access to WiFi and Amazon Fire TV. There are tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, a small fridge and a microwave in the dining area. You will find fresh milk and bread on your arrival. We have off street parking available at the front of the bungalow. WE DO HAVE A FAMILY DOG BUT SHE DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ANNEXE WHEN WE HAVE GUESTS. The annex is suitable for 1 or 2 people, for short or long stays; for work or leisure. it is within walking distance of a local grocery shop, fish and chip shop and a chinese takeaway; and a short drive from a large Supermarket. Guests have private use of the self contained annex, with separate access. They have use of a private garden patio for enjoying the evening sun. We can provide secure bike storage in our garage if required. We are happy to help with any questions that you may have and to ensure your stay is a enjoyable experience . This is our home so would appreciate if our quests would respect our privacy and we will respect theirs. Our bungalow is situated in a quiet residential area with local shops and bus stops within walking distance. The M3/A3 is a 5 minute drive for routes to Portsmouth, Southampton, London and Guildford. We are near the Portsmouth ferries (20 min drive), Southsea, Emsworth, Hayling Island, Isle of Wight, Chichester and Winchester. Nearest railway station is Havant. Local buses to Gunwharf Quay, Portsmouth and Havant. For keen cyclists there are lots of local cycle routes and the Queen Elizabeth Park is not far away. We can offer secure bike storage in our garage if required. Late/early check in/out available with prior arrangement. We are a 20 minute drive from the Portsmouth ferry terminals.
