I welcome professional employees, holidaymakers and people visting relatives and friends. You will have exclusive use of a large bedroom (double bed), further bedroom (2 single beds), modern kitchen, living room, bathroom & garden. A weekly change of bedding and towels is carried out, if you are staying over 7 days. Good access to Sunderland, Durham, Newcastle, local restaurants, cafes & transport link in walking distance. Ideal for local area events/arts/glass collecting on seaham beach. Home from home just the place to relax in after a busy day at work or an exciting day out in the fantastic North East. Relax in a lovely sun trap/garden or get out for a walk into Herrington Park with a stop off at the amazing Penshaw tea rooms with a lovely bakery & butchers. Guests have full use of my home & garden. Whilst I am not at the property I will be staying localy with a friend during your stay. Due to corona virus I will be blocking out 2 days before and after, to ensure a deep clean is completed. I am always available if any problems occur and will always try my best to meet and greet. I also will be around to do weekly cleaning/gardening. I will of course keep you informed prior to my visit. I occasionally may have trusted workmen to complete essential maintenance tasks. I have lived at my home for over 9 years and have enjoyed all it has to offer. There are lovely walks and easy access to the main routes and fantastic places to visit. Close to the coast (Seaham, Northumberland & whitby. Near by fine food restaurants to. Good network for public transport and roads, close to Durham, Newcastle, Sunderland. Easy access to AI /A19. My neighbours are just lovely, please have them in mind when residing in my home. Its not fair if they have to endure loud inconsiderate airbnb guests. Please consider utility bills and switch off unnecesary lights. Security light to the road entrance should be the only light left on when not in the property. Windows and doors should all be secured (locked/closed) when property is not occupied. TOWELS & BEDDING IS SUPPLIED, if you want to bring your own please let me know. Thank you for your support.
