Outdoor guests can enjoy a wide lawn filled with secular trees and an exclusive swimming pool with an annex (solarium terrace) equipped to enjoy dining al fresco and barbecues. A maid, chef and cooking classes are available on request. Villanova is completely immersed in the countryside. A beautiful park with century old trees separates the villa from vineyards, cultivated fields and orchards spread everywhere. Here guests can enjoy the summer breeze and relax under the shade provided by these secular trees stretched up to the sky. In a corner of the park, which is fenced-in by green hedges, there is a wide solarium terrace with changing rooms, toilet, barbecue and cooking area ideal for romantic, outdoor meals next to the pool. The pool, protected by a wide variety of bushes and olive trees on the sides, is at exclusive use of the guests and measures 15x8 with a depth of 1.10-3 meters. The building dates back to the early 20th century and managed to keep the allure of that era. It is built on three floors joined by a remarkable wooden stairway (for the guests’ exclusive use) to the north, and with backstairs and a lift (also used by the caretaker of the villa), to the south. Villanova has recently been modernised with all the amenities to ensure a truly comfortable and elegant accommodation. The interiors are in fact furnished with great taste and care, mixing period pieces and a modern touch. A beautiful library, a games room and a private chapel are available inside. The villa has central heating, baby bed, high chair and wi-fi Internet connection, as well as a safe and a laundry room. A maid, cookery courses and a chef are all available but must be requested at the time of booking.
