We look forward to welcoming our guests to the Annex next to our family home with its own private entrance. The property is located in a quiet Cul – de – sac with views over open fields making it a great place for a peaceful stay. We have spent time transforming the annex into a comfortable and spacious living area with its own private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and patio. Guests will enjoy a large main bedroom and living space containing a king size bed and memory foam mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep. The main room also has a living space with comfortable chairs and TV to unwind after a long day. There is a separate kitchen and dining space where we offer guests a complimentary continental breakfast, tea and coffee facilities, fridge, oven, hobs, microwave and kettle. The Annex has its own shower and toilet offering clean towels and toiletries. There is a patio area with sofas and great views that guests are invited to use. The room is suitable for 2 adults sharing and we would welcome young children. We can provide access to a range of baby equipment including a travel cot and highchairs which can be included in the room if guests require. Guests have access to the whole Annex which includes the main bedroom/living area, kitchen, corridor and shower room. Access is a private door to the rear of the property. Guests are welcome to explore the garden, there is a great patio area at the end of the garden that guests are invited to use and we can provide a gas bbq for guests to use. Our lovely annex is situated next to our family home. We endeavour to leave our guests to enjoy our stay however with us livingon site we weclome guests to come and speak to us if they have any issues or questions about the local area. We are located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice residential area. It's very scenic with fields to the rear. Sandal offers visitors a range of facilities including, restaurants, pubs, popular tourist attractions and convenient transport links. Guests will find it convenient to travel to Wakefield and with Sandal train station within walking distance it’s quick and easy to get to Leeds city Centre. Only 5 minutes away are the attractive villages of Walton and Newmillerdam where visitors can enjoy country walks and cozy pub meals. Within walking distance are a selection of good pubs and restaurants. A 10minute drive would get you into Wakefield city centre, alternatively there is a bus that goes from the main road. Sandal train station is 5mins drive or 20 mins walk away, trains go to Wakefield (5mins) or Leeds (20 mins). Around 25 minutes by car gets you to Leeds, Sheffield and Doncaster. For guests planning to work, the WiFi is excellent (60MB/s), suitable for conference calls etc, we often work from there when its free. We have a lockable garage for cyclists and we can offer a laundry service at a small charge if this is required.
