Secluded Traditional Shepherds Hut

Secluded traditional shepherds hut set in its own private grounds overlooking the beautiful Norfolk countryside, in the village of Boughton, West Norfolk. Decorated to a high and traditional standard with bedding provided, fridge, microwave, toaster & tea making facilities. An arrival hamper is gifted to all guests. bathroom facilities are available 24/7 for your use only. Towels are not provided. Please bring towels. BBQ facilities and fire pit ( bbq coal and fire lighters not provided). Please feel free to bring your own wood for fire pit as this is not provided. Ample outdoor seating in the private garden of Shepherds rest. Views over the fields, with horses grazing and regular visits from deer, barn owls, nesting owls and rare birds of prey. There is a fridge, microwave and toaster, along with tea and coffee making facilities. Tea, Coffee and sugar are provided. Owners Karon & Jimmy will be available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to ensure all your requirements are met. You will be greeted on arrival and shown to Shepherd's Rest. Please phone one hour prior to arrival. Quiet sleepy West Norfolk Village, which has won numerous best kept village awards. Boughton Fen is sought after location for bird watchers and a approx 15 minute walk from Shepherds Rest. Oxborough Hall (National Trust) is a ten minutes drive. North Norfolk coast is about 50 minutes drive. Sandringham Estate is around 40 minutes drive. Main town is 8 miles by car. Nearest pubs are approx 3 miles from Shepherds Rest which serve a variety of fresh local produce. There is no public transport An arrival hamper is also gifted to all guests. A toaster,microwave and mini fridge is also provided, along with tea and coffee making facilities. A radio and heater are provided along with a fan. The bed at Shepherds Rest is the same size as a traditonal Shepherds Hut bed, the measurments are; 44inches wide by 70 inches long. There is outside lighting. A selection of outdoor and indoor games are provided for your use. There are many miles of off-road footpaths for keen walkers and runners. 2 miles away is a well established fish and chip shop and chinese.nearest pub approximate 3 miles. Crockery and cutlery is provided for your use.
