Welcome to your modern, spacious apartment beside stunning Manly beach. The apartment block offers a level entry with no steps. Sea Whistler's light filled interiors are stylishly furnished and flow out to a securely fenced, private garden sanctuary enjoying filtered sea-views, with BBQ, outdoor dining setting and comfy day lounge. We are a minutes walk from cafes, shops, gyms supermarkets and a 7 minute level stroll to the Harbour and the Manly ferries to Sydney's Circular Quay and Opera House. Completed in 2011, this light-filled 125m2 ground floor apartment has 140m2 of private garden and lawn with an outside hot water shower which is great after the beach. Street access to the apartment has a gentle ramp with hand rails either side to assist mobility. There is no need to use steps to reach our front door or to access your vehicle in the private and secure underground car space. The master bedroom, 3.9x3.7 metres, has a queen bed, built in robes, a large ensuite with twin vanities/washbasins, a bath and large mirrors. The second bedroom, 3.7x3.0 metres has a queen bed and built in robes. The third room, 4.9x2.9, has built in robes and is used as a study with a desk, chair and printer. This room also has a TV and a sofa bed that can be made into a comfortable queen bed. We also have a portable cot on request. We live in the apartment and always have it professionally cleaned after we move out and before you move in. We enjoy greeting our guests and providing a brief orientation then the entire apartment is yours, including one dedicated secure car space, private garden and lawn with childproof fencing. Sheets, bath towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs, surf boogie board, esky, cold packs and natural gas BBQ are provided. Internal private laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer and an outside clothesline. Wi-fi, two TVs with Netflix and AppleTV, 2 Apple Homepods and a professional coffee machine that grinds your fresh beans to make a delicious coffee. Everything you need! We enjoy being contacted by our guests to assist them to have the best stay. Ask us for information on our favourite restaurants, cafes, bars, picnic spots, coastal walks, and Sydney day trips. This relaxed beach neighborhood is quiet and has an abundance of cafes, gyms, yoga studios and is a 6 minute level walk to a large Coles supermarket. Within 300 metres is a beachside children's playground and Manly Surf School for surf lessons. Walking is the primary means of travel in Manly with dedicated walking paths. There are also several stunning coastal walks nearby. Manly also provides pathways for cycling, roller blading and skateboarding. There are bike hire places nearby to allow guests to enjoy the scenic bike paths around the beaches and the harbour. Bus, taxi and ferry services are close by and Uber works well. We appreciate our guests watering our large, outside potted plants with the garden hose on the hot days. Thank you.
