My cottage is close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. You’ll love my cottage because of the people, the outdoors space, and the area. My cottage is good for couples and families (with kids) and for family reunions. It's centrally positioned for exploring North West Wales, and there are lots of fabulous beaches, sailing and marine activities. It's also brilliant if you want a relaxing holiday. It's close to Pwllheli, Abersoch, Criccieth & Porthmadog Gorwel is situated in its own 2 acre grounds with private drive and parking for up to 5 cars. It has extensive safe gardens for children to play. The whole cottage and gardens are accessible for the guests. The owner, Joan, lives next door and is available to assist if needed, but otherwise you are left alone. Her daughter, Jan, manages the bookings. Set 2 miles outside the popular market town of Pwllheli with its fabulous marina, where boat trips can be arranged. Centrally placed with 5 castles, 8 golf courses, 3 narrow guage railways, 14 beaches, a coastal path, and many other activities within a 30 mile radius The is an hourly bus service, train service, and plenty of taxis locally available. Wonderful sea views and, in season, lots of marine activity to watch. The is also the coastal mainline train service close at hand.
