Studio near Adelaide Oval & Uni with free CBD Bus

My centrally located self-contained studio is ideal for your short or long-term holiday, study, family or business trip. North Adelaide is a clean, healthy and exclusive heritage location only 2km from the CBD. The unit shares the laundry with hosts. If you need to quarantine please discuss it with me before booking. Catch the free CBD Circle Bus or walk or ride along our beautiful Torrens river and parkland. There are many restaurants, hotels and takeaway food options and a supermarket nearby. The studio is a spacious 40 square meters fully self contained unit. It has a bedroom, brand new floor board lounge/dining area, kitchen facilities and private en-suite bathroom. There is a lot of cupboard space. The kitchen has a single hotplate, microwave, kettle and a toaster. (No oven) The area is covered by free WiFi and has a 43 inch Android Smart TV with Local Channels, YouTube and free movie subscriptions. It has a queen size bed in the bedroom. We have a portable travel cot and high chair for babies. We provide full bedding. The area is heated or cooled with a reverse cycle split system air conditioning. We provide some basic breakfast provisions like coffee, tea, milk, sugar and cereal. You receive the keys into the shared courtyard and your private studio. The premises are all ground level and there are no stairs. There is no parking onsite but unlimited free parking is available in nearby streets. In front of the house there is a 2 hour limit from 8am-6pm weekdays, but no limits overnight or on weekends. The laundry and courtyard is shared with your hosts. Please request our approval if you need quarantine before considering booking. We live in the house onsite and are happy to help or chat with our guests anytime. (just knock on our door) Guest access is through the driveway. You do not need to interact with the hosts unless you want to. This is one of the most prestigious suburbs in Adelaide. It has all the facilities within a few minutes walk, including restaurants, hotels, parks, swimming, supermarkets, bakery, unique playgrounds and the Piccadilly cinema. It is within walking distance to Adelaide Oval, Golf, CBD, Rundle Mall, Festival Centre, Convention Centre and the Universities. Please check our Guide Map for some of our favorites. North Adelaide has a very safe heritage village atmosphere. It is located about 8km from the airport and is on the flight path, so you might hear some planes between 6am and 11pm. We are 100m from Adelaide's free circle bus that can take you to all the central CBD attractions. We are also only 50m from the public transport bus services to the suburbs. If you are travelling by car then we have adequate free parking in nearby streets. If you like walking or riding then you are in for an amazing treat. We think our place is the best in the world for beautiful CBD bike trails and walking. Ask us for more info! Our check-in process is flexible and we have a lock box for self checkin. Where possible, we like guests to keep us updated on estimated arrival and departure times. We will do early check-in or late check-out when other guest arrivals and departures align, so feel free to ask.
