Near business park, tube, Harry Potter airports.

This is a traditional old stable building which does make it unsuitable for disabled access. The location is situated in a quiet area with its own secure parking and easy access to transport links. Croxley business park is a 5 minute drive away. The motorway is a ten minute drive away. London underground metropolitan line is a ten minute walk. Wembley is a 20 minute tube ride. Heathrow airport is a 15 minute drive, Luton airport is a 25 minute drive, Harry Potter world is a 10 minute drive. The cottage has been decorated in a selection of pastel colours, with a wood flooring apart from in the bedroom. The kitchen is fitted out with a microwave, kettle and toaster only and has no other cooking facilities. The bathroom has a bath only with a shower attachment on the bath's taps. This is suitable for hair washing only. The internet is good for emails and most apps however excessive streaming apps can slow it down. This is because we are in a conservation area and cannot get a better quality line. The guests have access to the whole building lounge, hallway, landing kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. We may be around when guests are present, and can assist with information and general details about the area. There are two public houses serving food within a five minute walk and two takeaway food outlets. The local town is a fifteen minute walk away and has shops, restaurants and bars. This location provides access to the river, canal and walks around the chess valley. Use of the garden is not included, however please check on arrival as sometimes we can accommodate this request.
