Fresh linens, fluffy towels & the details make this small mid-terrace Barnsley house relaxing & comfortable. On quiet road a stroll from town centre & Locke Park, close to Barnsley hospital & M1. I want to provide a high standard of home, rather than fit in as many guests as possible. Solo travellers or couples or will feel at home here. 1 double, 1 single bed. Fully tiled shower room. Outside sitting area - fold away chairs in the house. Parking on road. Guest age policy: 23yrs+ only. Comfort and cleanliness are my priorities. I could fit more guests into this space but I think it is more important to provide a high quality of stay for my guests. The secure key box makes it very easy for you to arrive whenever suits you. You will be sent detailed instructions on how to gain access and the essentials you need to know as soon as you arrive - hot water, heat, wi-fi & so on. I will be on hand by phone or message and will otherwise leave you to enjoy the house. In the very heart of old town Barnsley. Convenient for Barnsley Hospital, Locke Park, M1, Cawthorne, Dodworth. A couple of minutes walk into the town centre and with those rare to find these days amenities of a corner shop/off license, butchers, chinese take away, pharmacy, beauticians and even a fishing tackle shop just a street away. You can walk to Morrisons, and Locke Park is just a stroll away. There is unrestricted parking on the road. There is no through traffic on the road so you don't have lots of passing traffic. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, including the train & bus interchange. Guests over 23 years please - unless younger members of the party are part of a family group. A booking for 2 people is assumed to be for the double bedroom. Please let me know if the 2 people will be using separate beds so the house is prepped appropriately for you. Parking is on the road. It is a no-through-road so you don't get a lot of traffic. Rooms have individual electric radiators with timers and thermostats. The hot water has an electric timer so everything can be individually controlled.
