This is a great place for family and friends to gather, and travel to the city of Manhattan is very easy. Walk one minute to the subway and express bus and 5 minutes to the Metro North. The highways are 3 minutes away by car. Explore NYC with easy access at a reasonable rate! Enjoy the home away from home feeling! There are 2 internet services. Please use either one of your choice This is a first floor walk in access. There’s no steps to enter. The private space is available to you and your guests! We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb app. This location 1min walking distance from the #2 and 5 subway trains to Manhattan, BXM55 Express bus to Manhattan, Metro North trains to Manhattan, MTA buses and Westchester transportations. 6 Mins to Metro North Trains to Manhattan. In addition, there are multiple restaurants in close proximity, along with supermarkets and convenience stores. The area is known for the different Caribbean cuisines. The location is 20-40 minutes from Manhattan by public transportation. Supermarket, local deli, laundromat, green grocery, liquor store, and many other local restaurants! Subway Train station #2 train is a minute walk and takes you into time square. The metro north train is approximately 5-7 minutes walk and takes you into grand central, and all other Manhattan stops. There also many MTA buses across the street that will take you throughout the Bronx, Queens and Manhattan. There’s always free street parking space available in front of the property. Please observe the ‘No parking signs’ in certain spots. There’s also street cleaning rules to observe. So please note. On the side streets there’s no street cleaning rules but there’s a 1-2 minutes walk back. This is good to know if you don’t want to move your vehicle for street cleaning. Our neighborhood is usually quiet, but In the summertime the neighbors might be out and about, as in any urban areas. The subway train station is Wakefield stop and is usually busy on the outside but you can avoid this by using the other side of the street to enter the train station. Another way to get to the city is to use the metro north which is approximately 5-7 minutes away from the property. Have a enjoyable stay!
