The house is located within walking distance nearby Ahoy and about 15 -20 min from downtown with the metro. The house is completely renovated with luxurious amenities such as a hot tub and a sauna. There is a metro that takes you directly to Den Haag Central. From the house to Amsterdam Central takes you about an hour. Nearby the house there is a Metro station called Zuidplein. On this metro line, you can get to the most important places in Rotterdam and also takes you directly to Den Haag central. Places that doesn't have any metro stations in Rotterdam you can get on to the tram. Nearby the house there is a tram 25, this tram goes through Rotterdam. If you're by car you can park on the streets but it's paid for parking, from Monday until Saturday from 9:00 until 18:00 and it cost €1.76 per hour.
