Large outdoor areas with hot tub, BBQ, sun loungers & seating areas. Glasshouse to enjoy nature whatever the weather. 2 bedrooms in 2 houses, 2 bathrooms, indoor fire place and complete comfort. In the summer with endless daylight you can enjoy the beach, marina, sailing, swimming, fishing and crab racing. In spring you can watch nature come to life after winter and reenergise in the fresh air away from the pressures of normal life. In the autumn you can enjoy long walks in the forest and give mushroom picking a try. Cosy up by the fire place in winter to watch the wonderful scenery and, if you are lucky, enjoy some frosty and snowy conditions. You will leave refreshed and healthy from living in great comfort in the middle of nature with fresh air and water from our own well. The 2 bedrooms are distributed in 2 houses. The main house has 1 bedroom and 1 brand new bathroom with patio doors and wonderful sea view. The guesthouse has 2 bunkbeds and a bathroom. The smallest guesthouse that can be seen in the picture is not included. This is a do it yourself house. Please mow the lawn (if needed) and take care of the property during your stay and clean it before departure. Your food waste is to be disposed of in our compost. We can supply bedlinen and towels for an additional fee of SEK 200 per person, but note that you will need make your own beds and strip them before you leave. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a cleaning service so we kindly ask that you leave the house clean and ready for the next guests to arrive. Don't worry it is very easy to clean. Thank you! We are keen to make sure you have a wonderful stay at our house and will help with tips about what to do, restaurants or whatever else you need. There is currently no broadband at the property, but there is excellent reception for mobile wifi and mobile phone signals. You will have access to all the spaces that the house and garden offer and the main house and the larger of the 2 guesthouses are included. There is one bedroom and one newly refurbished bathroom in the main house, another bedroom (2 large bunkbeds) and a brand new bathroom in the guesthouse. We leave you alone to enjoy the house and nature but are available via email and phone for questions before and during your stay. If anything goes wrong we are at hand to come and meet you. We decided to separate this charge out instead of adding a cleaning fee to make it clear to guests. Before your stay we send you details about the house and its surroundings as well as directions for how to find the house. We are keen to make sure you have a wonderful stay at our house and are at hand to give you any additional tips and advice you may want before or during your stay. Ideally you need a car when staying at house. There is also a bus from the main road (168) to Gothenburg and Marstrand. The bus stop is about a 25 minute walk from the house. You can reach Gothenburg even faster by taking the fast train from Ytterby to Gothenburg (20 mins). You can park your car in at the commuter parking area in Ytterby. Please note that there is currently no broadband in the house so you will need to rely on your own mobile data devices. You can connect to both the Samsung smart TV and the UE Boom speaker using your devices but mobile data is not included. A few TV channels work without connection but not many. An opportunity to really switch off!
