Luxurious 2nd floor river apartment with high ceilings, comfortable king bed and kitchenette. Kitchenette is outfitted with full size fridge, microwave, keurig and drip coffee makers, induction hot plate, convection toaster oven, toaster, and crock pot. These items are supplied for your convenience, however, you can use only one appliance at a time. So it is meant for light cooking, not big meals. Enjoy the Merrimack River water views from your balcony! 6016 Private first floor entrance to a tiled foyer. Walk up the open concept stairs to the loft style oasis. Open and airy awaits you on the second floor for your home away from home. Sitting area with 40" flat screen TV, vaulted ceilings, dining table and ceiling fan. Bedroom outfitted with king bed, a Tuft & Needle mattress, and fine linens. Wake up and enjoy the water views from your bed. Or, walk through the double set of sliding glass doors onto your balcony to enjoy the view and a cup of coffee. Large bathroom with double sinks, stand up shower with a seat, two skylights and plenty of natural light. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body gel are provided. Large walk-in closet for all your belongings. Iron and board are provided. The apartment is attached to the main house, but both are private and no shared spaces. The upstairs balcony, can be seen from the lower deck and vice versa). The apartment balcony does not have access to the lower deck. Balcony furniture is removed in the winter months. You will have complete and private access to the apartment. However, your upper balcony which looks out to the gorgeous river, is above the lower deck to the main house. There is one locked closet for housekeeping supplies. Our guests enjoy their privacy, however, we are always available by email, text, or phone. We respect our guests' desire for privacy, so more than likely you will not see us, as our schedules are very busy. But please, be honest with the number of guests who will be staying. You will not be able to 'sneak' people in without being noticed (exterior security cameras). Lets not make an awkward situation for any of us. Thanks! Although I have no intention of entering your unit I have the right to if necessary. Downtown is just 5 minutes away, where you will find museums, entertainment, and lots of restaurants. Just 15 minutes away are the tax free Merrimack Outlets. We are located on a busy road, therefore entering and exiting is a bit of a challenge ... but once you are inside the home and see the beautiful river view, you will be surprised that downtown is just 5 minutes away. Please keep in mind you are staying in a city, and you will hear street noise. Should you choose to stay at my home, please rate our location on the beautiful view, not the busy road. New England is known for its winding back roads and amazing fall foliage. Just 15 minutes away are the Merrimack Outlets. Within an hour you can be relaxing on Hampton Beach, gaming at Weirs Beach or enjoying a fabulous Italian dinner in Boston. About an hour and a half away, you can take in the sights in Franconia Notch, shop 'til you drop in North Conway or try out the natural water slides along the Kancamagus Highway.
