On the base of the beginning of the swabian alps situated. The apartment is near Balingen (3km) with all its shopping & cultural opportunities (1-3km) but also close to the nature. Several promoted hiking routes, mountain biking trails, rock climbing routes and cross country and downhill skiing routes are in close and near reach. Quiet, neat and bright, modern furnished studio apartment ( ca. 30m2 ), floor heating, fully equiped kitchen counter, separate bathroom and walk in closet. Very comfortable sleeping coach ( 180 x 200cm ) with top layer mattress and downy feather plankets, 3. sleeping possibility arrangable. Separate apartment entrance with own separate porch area, car parking spot and locker for bikes or other sport equipment. Kitchen Equipment: Fridge with freezer, ceran hot plate, oven with built in microwave, cooking ventilation, coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, kitchen towels Closet Equipment: Washing machine, ironing iron, ironing board, drying rack Living Space Equipment: Desk with multi socket, TV with DVD player, Stereo with CD and Radio, Towels and Sheets We appreciate independent guests and we do our best to keep the privacy of any person living in the apartment. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, it would be nice to respect this. There is a public transprot bus stop in 300m distance, which will take you to the closest city in 15min. The nearest train station is about 3km away. The highway is within 15min drive distance by car.
