Room in musical house in handy location

Double room in house owned by gigging musician. Despite my most heroic of efforts, a palace this is not; however everything works! Excellent location; very handy indeed for station (40 mins to central London, 5 mins to Guildford) / curry house / pub. Godalming itself is a beautiful town just a short walk away. Please note: for November, as I will be doing different work from usual for obvious reasons, I am only taking guests who will be out during the day. Do ask for details. Kitchen, living room, bathrooms 2 mins walk from Farncombe station (London 40 mins away) and a bus stop outside. Just in case there's any doubt, I'm definitely not attempting to feed anyone; it's in all our interests! Do use the kitchen though and there are all the necessary shops a very short walk away. Please note, the rooms are for one person only. Also, due to the nature of my work, I am very often away at the weekend and so the rooms are, in this instance, only available for people who have been before. Please do ask though, this isn't always the case. Also, please ask about checking in. By 'flexible' I mean ask and, if convenient, I will do my best to accommodate you.
