Beautiful private space, breakfast and facilities
Our beautiful home is ideally situated within an easy 10 min walk from beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and other shops and public transport offering a direct line to Melbourne CBD every 10 min. Your private room offers a king size bed with quality linen, TV, DVD player and a selection of DVDs, games, WiFi, drawers & wardrobe with hangers. You have a private bathroom and lounge area and access to all other facilities in our home. A lovely breakfast selection is provided daily. The space is classic modern. Guests have ample cupboard and drawer space in their bedroom, a laptop table and extra blankets are available. Your room has heating and air cooling. Information and maps on the local area as well as tourist information for Melbourne and surrounds, is supplied. Your well appointed bathroom offers a separate shower and bath. Towels, soaps, hair dryer and shampoo etc. are supplied. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies are also provided. The family laundry has a washing machine, iron and outdoor drying space. Guests have access to their own private bathroom and toilet and their own lounge area. They are welcome to join our family in the other living areas. They will have full use of our laundry, outdoor patio, a well appointed kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and oven and have plenty of allocated fridge space. (A second bedroom is available on the one booking for an extra $20 per night payable to the host) We are more than happy to help guests in any way we can throughout their stay including a pick up from our local train or airport bus station. We are also happy to interact with our guests and share tales over a coffee or wine but equally happy to allow our guests space and privacy to ‘do their own thing’. We live in a beautiful home and area at the end of a quiet, well maintained culdersac. We are ideally situated for public transport, fabulous beaches, library, service centres and feel good shops and restaurants. It is an easy 10 min walk to the Mentone train station and an airport bus stop. Shopping centers and fabulous beaches are also within an easy 10 min walk. A bus service is minutes away for access to other surrounding neighborhoods. A gorgeous, lively little dog lives on the property and shares our indoor spaces. Bike trails are close by and give access to Bayside suburbs and wetlands. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs.
