Near Bellagio, family house with stunning views

We have just finished a complete interior renovation of our beautiful village house located in Lezzeno. Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home with large kitchen and living area is perfect for families looking to discover Lake Como, there is a small patio area outside the front door and access to a terrace with BBQ facilities and spectacular views of the lake only 1 minute from the house. Access to the beach below only a 5 minute walk. Typical village house which has been completely updated and furnished for contemporary life while keeping the traditional Italian feel. Covid 19: Please note that extra special attention will be paid to disinfecting the house after each stay and there is a 24 hour period between reservations so that the house can be aired and all surfaces/door handles/remote controls and appliances disinfected. We want all our guests to remain healthy :) Guests have access to a covered and shaded patio area and a terrace with BBQ only a one minute walk from the house with spectacular views of Lake Como. The beach is only a 5 minute walk from the house. The village is pedestrian only and perfect for children. The car park is at a dead end and entrance to the village and is extremely safe. It is located only 2 minutes from the house. Our very good friend, Daniel Pelizzoni, lives in Lezzeno and takes care of our house and is available if you should have any questions or concerns. What is really magical about the area, is that not only are there amazing views of Lake Como and access to the beach lake in 5 minutes from our house, but outside the front door of our house is a very old hiking path that winds its way into the mountains and around the lake. There is something for everyone in the family and should you want go out for dinner or some tourist shopping, Bellagio is only 10 minutes away by car and Como is only 25 minutes. While it is advisable to come by car to Lezzeno so that you can take full advantage of all that the area has to offer, for short stays it is possible to access Lezzeno by public transportation. The bus stop on the main road around the lake is only 5 minutes from our house. The C30 bus serves all the villages between Como and Bellagio. Como to Lezzeno by bus is a a 45 minute trip. You can also travel from central Milan by train to Como San Giovanni train station in 35 minutes and the C30 bus leaves from here. Parking is in the village car park. It is a dead end and extremely safe. The village itself is pedestrian. For people with reduced mobility, you should know that there are steps from the car park and up to the house entrance. (Approximately 50m/160 feet walk)
