Self-contained small annex.

This is a small self-contained annex within our house having a separate front door. We live on the A38 so some road noise. This is self contained with its own small kitchen and bathroom. It has a seating area and a small double bed. There are a few steps within and outside property, so if disabled please consider this. There is a double sofa bed in lounge area. Please let us know on arrival if you need to use this as a bed and we will show you how it works. Guests have use of their own private studio. We live in the house so nearly always contactable. Bromsgrove is a small pleasant town just outside Birmingham. Plenty of eating places and coffee shops. Easy access from M42 and M5. Cooking facilities within the studio. TV provided. A shower cubicle and toilet within the studio. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and small oven with two hobs also in the kitchen of the studio. Freezer and washing machine also in studio. Towels and toiletries provided.
