Charming house with Sea view & mini-spa on Island

Enjoy the Swedish archipelago from this newly renovated traditional west coast house, close to the mainland located on a small hill with a nice view of the Sea. With minimalistic indoor design combined with old fashion-styled interior, painted old wooden floors and a feeling of preserving what’s old, this house offers more than just a holiday home but also a relaxation in peace of mind. The large wooden terrace and mini-spa with whirlpool & sauna makes your stay even more enjoyable and relaxed. The main building is a two-floors 75 m2 house consisting of 3 bedrooms, of which two bedrooms has Sea view, all equipped with double beds and clothing storage. There is a shared Dining room/Living room with dining table & TV where everyone can gather around meals or game nights. The Kitchen is fully equipped (w/o dishwasher), microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer and food storage. One small bathroom with toilet also exists in the main building. Across the main house - the mini-spa is located. In this separate building, you find a larger floor heated bathroom with toilet, shower, washing-machine and dressing room. It also links to a large sauna with Sea view. A large Outdoor wooden terrace with furniture’s connects the main house with the mini-spa and in front of the terrace - the whirlpool is located. On the property, there is an extra cottage with another 2-4 beds available. The Island is small and cozy, holding somewhat 50-70 houses, with no cars aloud. Parts of the Island is a nature reserve with animals like cows roaming around. You can easily walk around parts of the Island in a few hours and watch the landscape of nature mixed with old Swedish boathouses. Enjoy the harbor to take a swim, catch crabs with the kids at the jetty and watch the sunset at the Beach. Take a hike to the top of the mountain (131 MSL), the highest Island on the Swedish west coast. Go for a Kayak tour in the Swedish archipelago or fish mackerel. The Island still offers many activities. The Island of Brattön is just a 40 min drive north direction from Gothenburg city. There is a ferry connecting to the Island from the main land, which is just a couple of minutes boat ride away. The area has a lot to offer where some of the hot spots are a daytrip to glamorous Marstrand. Visit the unique Island of Åstol or have dinner at the top-restaurant Salt & Sill in the historical old fishing village Klädesholmen. Exploring the Islands Tjörn & Orust by bike or make a “Loppis tour” is also a popular day trip to make. You can easily access many of these spots by only using a car and/or ferry.
