Sala Cottage has been stylishly refurbished to create a warm, homely, contemporary space. The house has three bedrooms served by a family bathroom and spacious wet-room. Guests will also find an oak-floored sitting room, family kitchen with open plan dining room, boot room. Outside is an enclosed garden, hot tub and BBQ which looks out towards the lake and deer park. The property is self contained and has its own garden space for BBQ's, socialising and bathing in the hot tub. There are several public rights of way on the estate which people are welcome to use but we ask that these are respected as the estate is a working farm. We are available at all times for help or enquiries, there are several members of the team here who live onsite who are more than happy to help. Legend has it that the chap at the gatehouse makes a very dry martini... Edenhall is a small village situated in the heart of the Eden Valley on the edge of the Lake District. Despite being only five miles from the town of Penrith you will feel like you've entered into a secret garden which you won't want to leave. We are just 3 hours from London Euston on a direct train and once here there are many amenities within a short distance and a vehicle can always be arranged for your stay if required. We love dogs! You are more than welcome to bring up to 2 dogs for this property. We do charge an additional £25 per dog which is payable by cash on arrival.
