Room and private bath in downtown Watsonville home

Large bedroom with attached bathroom in our historic downtown Watsonville home. We are walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, trails and more, as well as a short drive to the beach, redwoods and area attractions. Great location for those just passing through the area, visiting Santa Cruz, Monterey, Big Sur, and longer work stays as well. The house is shared at the moment with myself and my partner and our cat Mowgli. Your bedroom and private bathroom are downstairs next to the kitchen; our bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. You will have access to our kitchen and all cooking wares. There is a washer and dryer available. We also have an enclosed backyard and a common area you can use. I live here with my girlfriend and our cat Mowgli. We are here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are happy to provide advice or insight on this area. We have had some great times with long term guests and try to make them feel part of house when they are here. We do cook in the kitchen a lot and use the common area, but always try to be respectful based on our guests needs. This is a cute old house on a quiet street in historic downtown Watsonville. The town has a long history and has been and still is an important agricultural center. There are many beautiful Victorian and Craftsman homes and we love walking around the neighborhood. We appreciate being able to walk to the farmers market, grocery store, restaurants, performing arts center, parks and more. Close to highway 1 and easy to get to 101 as well. We’re about 25 minutes to Santa Cruz, 20 to Aptos, 30 to Gilroy, 40 to Monterey, and 30 to Salinas. Bus service is available nearby that can be convenient depending on where you’re headed. We may be able to set you up with a bike as it is very convenient get around by bike where we live. If you have your own, you can use our backyard to store it. Keyless entry will be set up for you. There will be a friendly cat named Mowgli hanging around the house. Feel free to show him some love. We don’t have a garage or driveway so street parking only.
