SELF-CONTAINED and BRAND NEW (Oct 2020) studio annex (attached to stunning home) with OWN SEPARATE ENTRANCE. Imagine the comfort and style of a 5* boutique hotel, with the cosiness and relaxed feel of home... FEAT: *ENHANCED CLEANING *Brand new luxury KING SIZE bed *Stunning luxury ensuite w/ walk-in dbl shower *Enormous freestanding bath *Underfloor heating *Wifi *55" TV *Complimentary Netflix *Desk *Hotel-style "kitchenette" w/ microwave; mini fridge; kettle, teas & Nespresso *Table & chairs We love our home and hope you will too! The annex is brand new for Oct 2020, and a very special new addition. The finish is striking inside and out. Externally, it is clad in sustainable red cedar wood. Inside, the feel is light bright and roomy thanks to a 1.5 height ceiling and pared back, Scandi decor. There is an enormous 2m window (fitted with blinds for privacy). We are an easy-going, relaxed couple who enjoy meeting our guests but respect their privacy. As the studio is self-contained, you probably won't see much of us. But we are always very happy to answer questions and make local recommendations! The house is in a rural area and beautifully peaceful, despite being so close to the centre of Norwich. You will probably spot horses, cows and sheep in the surrounding fields.Perfect for a get-away-from-it-all escape! We are extremely well located for Norwich (just 12 minutes drive to the city centre). We have plenty of private parking if you're driving; otherwise, it's a short hop in a taxi from Norwich train station (cost around £12). Our home is ideally situated if you are visiting the beautiful, historic city of Norwich; Norwich's university (University of East Anglia); the Norfolk & Norwich Hospital (NNUH); the John Innes Centre; Norwich Research Park; and Norfolk's wider attractions (Norfolk and Suffolk Coast and beaches incl. Holkham, Brancaster, Cromer, Gt Yarmouth, Wells, Southwold, The Norfolk Broads etc.) There are some fantastic walks and great local restaurants nearby for a special meal. We recommend The Wildebeest and Stoke Mill at Stoke Holy Cross, or Benedicts Restaurant, Farmyard Restaurant, Roger Hickman's Restaurant, Bishop's, Benoli & Shiki in Norwich itself. You will need to book a few days in advance for these as they are a bit special and very popular! Just a few minutes away, and for a chilled-out evening, we recommend The Sugar Beat Eating House, The Red Lion at Eaton, The King's Head at Bawburgh, Woolfe & Social and Blue Joanna - or a drink or two at The World's End, Mulbarton. The house is in a rural area and beautifully peaceful, despite being so close to the centre of Norwich. If you plan to arrive after 10pm that's fine, but please be considerate and keep the noise to a minimum.
