This little off grid cabin If the woodlands . A Comfortable retreat for s single person or couple . Located on seasonal road with access to walking and snowmobile trails . Clearwater lake a little less than a mile walk away . Hunting and fishing on property . A place for quiet nature exploration and renewal. A small cabin at the edge of the woods . Located on a quiet seasonal road . The cabin is a perfect place for those who like camping with amenities . Lights are solar , battery , and propane . Water pump is operated by solar charged battery. There is small propane fridge with freezer . A wood stove provides heat for this small retreat into nature . Wood for stove on site in cabin . There is a fire pit that may be used with caution( especially during dry season ) . There is a resident porcupine , who lives under the cabin and comes and goes on occasion. He had lived there for years , long before I owned cabin and restored it . Wildlife such as rabbits and deer can also be seen on property at times . Access to all that is in cabin I like allowing guests to have space for enjoying property. I am available as they may need through call or text and I live 5 miles away If needed on site . Located on a seasonal quiet road that is used for snowmobiling in winter . Private , yet 5 miles from downtown Farmington The road into property is dirt and small driveway to house . Road is seasonal and at times bumpy . A higher clearance vehicle is helpful , ie small all wheel drive , though not usually needed in the summer and fall months
