A few steps from picturesque square of Týn nad Vlt

A cosy double-room apartment for two people (plus an extra bed available) with kitchen and bathroom (toilet, shower) in the 1st floor, own entrance, in the centre of the historical town of Týn nad Vltavou in South Bohemia, 20 metres from the square, in a quiet area, 200 metres from the river bank of Vltava for pleasant walking, cycle tracks, historical sights, castles and historical towns in the neighbourhood...see below Týn nad Vltavou is a little historical town in South Bohemia 32 km far from historical České Budějovice (Budweis - the "capital" of South Bohemia with the Budweiser brewery). Týn is situated on the riverside of Vltava (200 m from my apartment) near the confluence of the rivers Vltava and Lužnice. Two bridges – the historical one only for pedestrian, the other one for traffic - connect both sides of the river (historical part with the other one which is full of new buildings). Here you can find the St. Jacob´s church, The town museum - interactive museum with the exhibition of „vltavín“ (unique green stones which can only be found in this area from all over the world) , Art Gallery, underground corridors, Lookout tower Semenec and Museum of natural history Semenec, rotary auditorium – the little „twin“ of the more famous and bigger one which is in Český Krumlov (theater plays in summer), a little cinema, a new outdoor swimming pool (but you can also swim in the river), mini port for boats with boat trips, you can rent a paddleboard..... Note: There is one little disadvantage: the bathroom is only for your usage but you can only enter it from the hall (the door directly next to the apartment´s door (see the photos). There is only my apartment and its bathroom on the first floor so it provides privacy for you. I give my guests their privacy but in case of need I´m available. I live in České Budějovice but my co-host Pavla is local so when I can´t come she is willing to help any time.
