Greenwich is a popular Harbour suburb its very safe and friendly. What I love it so close to Opera House,Bangaroo via ferry train,bus within 30min.Walk to local hospitals, shops, trendy cafe, post office & IGA in our local area. You’ll love the tranquil garden and quiteness. This is a s/c garden flat with large combined sitting/bedroom,is light, bright .Full separate kitchen with 4 burner cooktop plenty bentch space barfridge.Modern,light looks out to tropical garden. Our place is a Self contained flat it has a queen size bed with fresh white linen & cover white towels. Sitting area is within the bed room and is quite large with long dining table and 2 chairs. 3 seater lounge glass coffee table,it has large bentch for computer area or use as breakfast bar. Large wall size mirror above the area.Hallugen lighting on dimmers,bedside lamps 2 bedside radio TV with DVD player.Then you have a comlete separate Kitchen with 4 burner cook top,kettle ,toaster mini bar fridge,mircrowave, with all modern things for a chiefs needs. Guest have full axcess to large private tropical garden with table and chairs umbrella this is available at all times. Guests also have axcess to washing machine and outdoor clothes line. You have a car space at back of the property where you enter directly into flat. This it is a shared car space with me and its private and secure. I am always friendly to my guest and Welcome you with cup of tea or cold drink,and I am available to if you need me I am also avail on Mobile at all times. Those arriving by train I am happy to meet you at the local St Leonards Station.We are 8 min by car to home. Greenwich is a unique harbour side suburb with the closeness to all Sydneys greatest hot spots.Greenwich also has a village atmospher walk to Coffee shops, great Fish,n chips, local IGA store ,antique shop, hairdresses,local post office all within 15min walk. Greenwich Baths is a local beach on Sydney harbour it safe for swimming, and friendly to relax for few hrs during day all without leaving Greenwich it serves food and wine. and its the end of Greenwich Rd, where ferrys come in. Greenwich is axcessable to none stop public transport Train, busses,and Ferry from Greenwich walf take 15 min by ferry to CBD & Circular Quays. Busses on Pacific Highway take to Manly Beach, buses also take you to Balmoral Beach most beautiful harbour beach, Buses also take you Palm Beach great day out. Also a good alternative to public transport is HIRE a GO GET CAR the most popular way to get around while on vacation. Greenwich is a beautiful harbour side suburb we are close to all public trainsport.Buses, train and ferry at end of Greenwich Rd.
