The property is maintained to a high standard and is located within walking distance ( 2 minutes) to Benahavis village. The property comes with secure underground car park. It is located away from the hustle and bustle of the village and is a great place to have a quiet time, relax and enjoy the sun of the Costa Del Sol. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Puerto Banus. The caretaker will meet you on your arrival at the apartment and we can arrange for provisions to be delivered before you arrive. There is a staircase and a lift from the basement car park to the 2nd floor and the main entrance is between the 2nd floor and the penthouse Guests can use all the utensils in the kitchen which is amply stocked up. I will interact with you prior to your arrival at the apartment. My caretaker will be dealing with you during your stay in the apartment Benahavis is the gastronomic capital of the Costa Del Sol and you will never be short of choices of restaurants to eat and drink and the best thing is you can walk back to the apartment after spending an evening out in the village. There is a public swimming pool as well as other sporting amenities in the village including a golf driving range so there is never a dull moment in the village! The village offers a great walking holiday and there are numerous paths that you can choose to explore the surroundings. This is also a great place for golfers to have as a base as there are numerous golf courses within driving distance. Strictly no pets allowed
