GROUND FLOOR Living room: Access to the property is via a vestibule, which opens into a charming living room. It has a 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, a 40” widescreen TV, a wooden coffee table and a WiFi router. Kitchen / Diner: The living room leads directly to the combined kitchen and dining room. There is a modern fully-fitted kitchen, complete with a washing machine, kettle, toaster, oven, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There are a range of utensils including: pots, pans, crockery and cutlery and just about anything else you might need to prepare a snack or a home cooked meal. STAIRS LEADING TO FIRST FLOOR Bedroom 1: A spacious bedroom which looks out towards the front aspect with 3 single beds, bedside tables and table lamps. Bedroom 2: A smaller bedroom which looks out towards the back aspect with 2 single beds, bedside table and a table lamp. Family Bathroom: The bathroom suite comprises a bath with an over the bath shower, toilet and sink. There is a rear yard with a flagged area with some outdoor seating. Guests have exclusive use of the entire accommodation. Every effort will be made to meet you at the property to provide access. In the event that this isn't possible a key will be left in a key safe outside the property and a code will be text to you on the day of your arrival.
