Our lovely ensuite room which you enter from our private courtyard and which looks out over mature garden is part of our Georgian Rectory home in North Hampshire. With stunning countryside and walks. Round the corner from the 4 Seasons Hampshire and easy walking distance from our lovely village pub. The house is called Tundry House named after he beautiful Tundry lake which is overlooked by the 4 Seasons Hampshire. Completely private set in beautiful mature country house garden Park in the back drive and enter through private courtyard into completely private ensuite space with views of the gardens. Use of the courtyard (with table and chairs) expected. Welcome to walk in the gardens. Use of Tennis court to be agreed ad hoc Not much expected as there is private entrance to rooms, however would be there to interact if needed. Fresh towels, water, kettle, tea & coffee in the room. If the weather is nice the courtyard is a lovely place to have breakfast al fresco. Beautiful walks, country villages, pubs and even the 4 Seasons for the more upmarket clientele Car needed although you can organise taxis from train station (5 minutes drive) Third person £20 extra. There is a cot and a futon in the room to accommodate third. Cooked Breakfast by separate arrangement
