The studio is designed to be really comfortable, with its bedroom, a little kitchen area, bathroom and its spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view. Tv, air conditioning, bedclothes and towels with weekly change, kitchen tools, hair dryer. It is into a little Holiday Home " Villa del Conte" sourronded by a shared pool, park garden, barbecue area and parking car. N.B. car is necessary! The Holiday Home is located in a hill side overlooking the town of Tropea sourrounded by the turquoise sea. The position, faraway from the city noise, let you to feel the breeze and the bird sounds, to have relaxing walk into the garden with mediterranean colors, to have meals in the barbecue area or to drink a good italian wine glass on the garden terraces with sea view with on the horizon the Vulcano Stromboli view and when you feel hot you can have a swim in the panoramic pool! Important: you need car to come to my holiday home! The price includes all charges and services: water, electricity,gas, swimming-pool, bedclothes and towels with weekly change, Wi-Fi, washing machine for clothes, parking car, final cleaning at departure.
