Guests can use the living room, dining room, kitchen/diner, utility room, downstairs bathroom, garden, 3 upstairs bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. Five minute's walk from the stunning centre of Georgian Stamford and one minute from the peaceful Victorian Recreation Ground. Beautiful Burghley Park, with its epic Elizabethan house, is only a 15 minute walk away. This is a peaceful street with hardly any through traffic and a friendly atmosphere. Stamford was judged the best place to live in the Midlands by the Sunday Times and the judges said: "Like living in a period drama - minus the drama." There's a wide range of boutique shops, impossibly quaint pubs, friendly restaurants serving global food and coffee shops galore. Parking on street and 15 minute walk from Stamford Railway and bus station. Private garden with bespoke seating area.
