Our lovely homely lodge is situated in the grounds of our small, quiet and relaxing caravan and camping site. The lodge is fully equipped, central heated and has all you require for a quiet and relaxing break set in the heart of rural North Lincolnshire. A fabulous place to have a relaxing break or use as a base to explore the area. Ideal for professional workers staying in the area. Please note we will require to know the nature of your work and shift pattern. No pets & Adults only The lodge is Your space whilst staying with us. Private parking and small garden with outdoor furniture. Extra overnight visitors are not acceptable and any visitors during your stay must be pre arranged. Whilst staying with us you will have full access to the facilities on our small and quiet caravan and camping site. (During winter months the campsite & its facilities are closed. The lodge will only be available to book to guests working in the area) Including a communal wooden lodge overlooking our beautiful small fishing lake. (Experienced anglers only, if you wish to fish please inform us as there are a few terms and the fishing facility has an additional charge) The communal lodge has a decked area, indoor and outdoor seating, fridge that chill the wine, tea and coffee making facilities. A real sun trap. A fabulous space to chat and mingle with other guests. Heather & Marin are on hand most of the time and always happy to help and answer any questions, suggest places to visit, shop and dine out. Situated close to the village or Burton Upon Stather, North Lincolnshire. The village has a small village store,2 pubs, The Sheffield Arms and The Ferryhouse, & a Chinese take away. All within walking distance. We have numerous nature reserves in the area and some stunning country walks. Normanby Hall & Country Park is just a mile away. Within a 20 mile radius are Hull, city of culture, The historic cites of Lincoln and Beverley are perfect for a day out shopping and site seeing. Major supermarkets and shopping Is all just a short drive of approx 3 to 4 miles away. Depending how energetic you are feeling most visitors choose to explore by car. Although there are some who love to cycle or walk, the area is fairly flat and has some lovely nature reserves, & tea rooms to drop in on depending on the time of year and the attractions opening times. Bedding & towels (2 small towels per person) are provided and beds will be made up for you. We do not accept pets or children. Longer term stays by workers are Accepted depending on the line of work and shift pattern.
