Sandbanks Apt, beach 3mins, People & Pet friendly!

FOR PEACE OF MIND MY FLAT IS SANITISED EACH CHANGE OVER. Gr Floor, 3 mins walk to the beach or Ferry to Studland bay & Brownsea Island. My daughter-in-law Caroline co-hosts & is a professional Nanny with over 16yrs experience, if wanted babysitting available by request. There is everything you need for self-catering, just arrive ready for fun :) Loads of long sandy beaches, fab walks, bike riding & every water sport you can wish for - there are oodles of things to do in any weather. My apartment has everything you need in it from an iron & ironing board to corkscrew and a coffee machine. There is a dishwasher / washing machine /fridge freezer and all the cutlery / plates / pans you will need to have a complete self catering experience. The double bedroom has a TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers also room for the travel cot. The single bedroom which has BUNK BEDS , however they are large enough to suit adults as well. There is a travel cot if required and a high chair. The sitting room has a TV and music player. There are a few toys, books and games also lots of information on local places to visit and eat. There is a balcony accessed by double doors from the sitting room and a great place to have breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The whole apartment is available to you as a guest and the parking space is located as you drive down to the rear of the property, 1st space on the lefthand. Unloading / loading can be at the front of the building. There is an intercom to the flat. The other residents in the building are friendly and accommodating. I'm always happy to give help or information regarding the locality Sandbanks is unique in it's geography and location. It has an amazing history and also loads to do. It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and a short distance is the National Trust area of Studland full of wildlife and more beautiful beaches. It is also the beginning of the Jurassic Coastline with areas for fossil collecting. Arne is also close by, an area in Poole Harbour famous for bird watching, recently featured by Winter Watch on BBC1 There is a Jurassic coast bus which goes along the coast line and can be picked up from the ferry at Sandbanks a 3 minute walk from the flat. As you drive onto Sandbanks peninsular there is a small Tesco's which it's worth picking up some essentials if you've had a long journey. However the cafe at the Ferry (3 minutes walk) does a fantastic full English breakfast.
