Villa with swimming pool for holidays

Just 20kms far from Caserta's Royal Palace (50kms from Naples) we rent our gorgeous new-built villa with garden and swimming pool, gazebo and barbecue, surrender by the green hills. The house is developed on two levels, on the first there is a big kitchen (with fireplace), 2 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a big hall of 100square meters, with wood-hoven. On the second there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Perfect for stays among friends or in family not far from the city. Wifi available. The beautiful swimming pool 6x12metres, the gazebo (with a barbecue), the green and the neighborhood, the wide hall are the strong points of the house, perfect for long and short-term stays in total relax during winter or summer. All the areas of the house are accessible to the hosts. The swimming pool will be opened since end of April/early May. Totally available for any kind of request or question during the stay. Calm and green neighborhood, perfect for relax and peace with friends or family. Daily Buses from/to Caserta and big parking available for free. Car is strongly recommended. Wide range of shops/restaurants in the neighborhood. Possibility of holidays and celebrations for the people hosted in the big equipped hall (for parties with external people (other than the ones hosted), the owner has to be informed and, if agreed, there is an additional fee (to be payed on the spot).
