The private apartment is on the ground floor of a 150 year old Mansard Victorian. There is a spacious living/dining room, large bedroom, full bath with tub/shower, and a kitchen space with stove, microwave, refrigerator, and kitchenware. Guests have access to the full, private apartment, a parking space, and the backyard and patio. We will be available to offer help throughout your stay. Our family lives full time in the home attached to the apartment. Please contact us for ideas for your trip to Bay Shore. Local attractions are too numerous to list! We are walking distance to LIRR (short train ride to NYC), Fire Island Ferry, beaches, restaurants, spas, parks, shops, etc. You do not need a car to stay busy in downtown Bay Shore! We are a short walk from all public transport, including the Fire Island Ferries. There is no access to laundry in the apartment, but there are several local laundry services if needed. The apartment is not available for parties or gatherings beyond the listed guests.
