Seaside Cottage - Tramore
We welcome small groups, families and small well behaved pets! The house is cosy, comfortable and conveniently located. The area is quiet so you’ll be sure to get a good nights sleep. The area has a good variety of activities to suit all. There is a fireplace for when it gets chilly in the evening and heating is available. The kitchen has plenty of home cooking essentials and wine glasses for any occasions. We have included a capsule coffee maker to get you going in the morning. Property is over 150 years old and was renovated over 5 years ago There is a courtyard to the back of the house with seats. This area is a nice heat trap during the summer months. There is a barbecue available. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove. The stove should not be used in tandem with the heating (as both heat the radiators and can cause over heating) The sitting room has a TV and two very comfy couches, upstairs includes three rooms with 3 double beds. There are 3 bathrooms- two upstairs, one downstairs. The Queen bedroom has an ensuite. Fast free wifi is available to keep you connected while you stay! The whole house is available to guests however we ask guests not to use the back yard entrance during their stay as this leads to neighboring properties. This is our family's holiday home so I may not be there in person to greet guests but my sister and brother in- law are close by and will greet guests I will remain contactable for duration of visit The property is situated in a very quiet tranquil area yet near to all facilities. It is a very mature area with nearby tennis courts and coastguard station and cafes. The Doneraile walk is about 3 minutes away and the Cove shop is 10 minutes. Parking is a little bit chaotic, especially during summer. We do have a parking space available for one car on site. You can also park outside the lane opposite the church, however there may not always be a spot available. The tennis courts are to the left of the house down the lane, the coast guard cafe is along the Doneraile walk. To go to the beach you can find the large church in the area, facing it, take the right and go down the hill. You will be able to see an over view of the bay. Keep going for 7 or so minutes and you will be at the heart of the town Please ensure that all rubbish is placed properly in our bins, or in a licenced waste facility. There are bins available at the back of the yard as well as the front on the right of the door. If the heating is in use, kindly switch it off before leaving the property on the day of check out. *Heating and Stove should not be used at the same time*
