Perfect Family home, 4 bedrooms, Stunning view and private pool From the moment you step into Casa Margarita it overwhelms you with the beauty of the Nicaraguan hand painted floor tiles, wooden doors and windows. You are transformed by the attention to detail of the home which is unlike any other home built in Hermosa Heights, a gated community in Playa Hermosa, located 20 minutes from Liberia Airport.  There is a salt water infinity pool, outdoor shower and bathroom with a garden and a large travertine tile outdoor area that has amazing 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. An outdoor shower and bathroom are just another amenity for the comfort of our guests.  Inside the home, we have three bedrooms which all have private decorative wooden entrances, two and a half bathrooms and a separate Casita for additional privacy with a large bedroom, two queen size beds, bathroom and wet bar. Outside there is an outdoor grill area with a refrigerator, wet bar, a sectional sofa for relaxing in the shade and a table that seats eight.  Upon de development of the community in Hermosa Heights, there are some houses under construction near this property. Once guest is checked into the home by the dedicated House Manager, interaction will be limited to a check up from the dedicated House Manager to ensure your vacation is on track. However, we are available 24/7 if emergencies should occur. The Neighborhood:  Playa Hermosa is a small village with one of the safest and calmest beaches in Costa Rica. There you will find and ample amount of restaurants and sodas plus a small grocery store and pharmacy. A soda is a small Costa Rican  family run  restaurant with fresh  home cooked food at reasonable prices. About 15 minutes away is Playas del Coco.  In Coco, there are many restaurants, bars, shops, casinos, banks, and four grocery stores.  Getting Around: Taxis are available; however we strongly suggest you rent a car due to limited availability of taxi service in the area. It is easy to get to many nearby attractions by car and you will want a car if you plan to go out for dinners or just don`t want to walk to the beach.
