This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect place to get away from it all while remaining convenient to all the best that Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania have to offer. Minutes from Fair Hill Natural Resource Management Area for the horseback riders, mountain bikers, hikers and nature enthusiasts. University of Delaware is a quick 10 minute ride away to catch a football game or celebrate commencement. Other local attractions - boating, fishing, vineyards and breweries. The house is situated on 4 beautifully wooded acres, with a path down to a peaceful creek at the back of the property. It includes all the major amenities of a home away from home, including fully outfitted kitchen, washer and dryer, spacious bedrooms, comfortable living room, and sleeping arrangements for a group of up to 6 people. Guests will have access to the whole house. There is wireless internet. The TV is streaming capable instead of cable. There is a gas grill outside as well as a wood burning firepit with a starter supply of wood. Guests will be able to contact me during their stay if they have questions. Guests will be responsible for damage to property during their stay.
