Your studio offers luxury comfort on top of the house (fourth floor) and the large windows give you an amazing view. And while chilling on your bed you can enjoy a marvelous sunset. An ideal place for all travelers who like to spending their time in a comfortable place. FREE WiFi and housekeeping (every second day) is provided! The house - family owned - is modern, well designed and furnished to enjoy a pleasant stay with everything you need to feel like home in a quiet area of Zanzibar Town. The cosy rooftop studio is equipped with fan and AC and ensuite bathroom with hot shower, a king size bed, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room area with TV. A comfortable place where you want to spend more than one night. Please note: Electricity in Zanzibar is very expensive! There will be an additional charge of $5/night or $90/month for the AC, but only if using it. On top of the house you'll find as well a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the sunset or just chill out after discovering Stone Town and surrounding. You don’t need a car, you can walk! Everything is reachable in some walking minutes. Just 5 minutes to the Former Slave Market and about 15 minutes away from all other places such as tourist attractions, seafront restaurants and night life in Town. Darajani Market where you get fresh fruits, vegetables, fish and of course Zanzibar spices and much more...you'll reach in 10 minutes. And around the house are small shops where to buy everything else if you like to prepare your own meals. Local transport possibilities are nearby. To Zanzibar airport it's about 15 minutes, to the ferry port only 5-10 minutes by car. Transfer from and to the airport ($11) or the ferry port ($5) we'll arrange for you, just tell us your arrival details. The landlady is an excellent cook! Don't miss her delicious breakfast ($4) and her tastefully Swahili Cuisine for lunch ($5) and/or dinner ($5) on request. You’ll have the possibility to use our washing machine (please bring your own detergent) for a small fee or you can use the laundry service that will be done by our cleaning staff for a little money.
