Nicely furnished living room with leather furniture. Dock with seating , Patio with Picnic Table, Fire pit, and Gas Grill. Property is adjacent to boat launch. Lots of grassy area for enjoyment, outdoor games. Kitchen is well furnished: Dishwasher, oven, stove, refridgerator, freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee maker and more. Although the beds available say 'sleeper sofa', it is a queen sized air mattress Open floor plan (kitchen & living area) . Lots of natural lighting Parking is right next to house. Couple minute walk to nearby restaurant, swim beach and other amenities We manage a nearby resort and do like to check in on my guests to make sure they have everything they need.
