The accommodation, with independent entrance, consists of a double bedroom, bathroom and living room with sofa bed and small kitchenette, inside a recently restored historic house. The entrance is from the double bedroom, from which you can also access the bathroom and the living room with the sofa bed and the kitchenette. Guests staying in the living room to get out and take advantage of the bathroom must pass from the master bedroom. There is no television for a precise choice of relax; there is free wifi access. We are people convivial but we respect the privacy of our guests. Molina Quosa is a small town, charming and with all the basic services within walking distance. Molina is easily connected to Lucca, Pisa and in about 20 minutes you reach the sea. We have a multi-species family, two adults, a child, two dogs, 3 cats, The price does not include the tax which we have to collect in person and then pay them to the municipality according to local laws.
