Cozy Basement Apartment in Beautiful Northern VA

Our place is a cozy, comfortable, one-bedroom, one-bath basement apartment located in a nice, residential neighborhood in a very coveted area in Northern Virginia, minutes away from DC. The apartment is located about 10 miles from Reagan National Airport and 20 miles from Dulles International Airport, within the Beltway, and close to plush, dining and shopping Tysons Corner and Mosaic District areas. It is equipped with all basic necessities/amenities such as kitchenette, mini fridge, microwave, cable TV, wi-fi, perfect for a solo travel whether for leisure or business. IMPORTANT COVID-19 RELATED NOTICE In these trying times of Covid-19 pandemic, we are committed to the safety of our guests as well as We look forward to being your hosts and providing you with a safe, excellent experience! ours. COVID-19 has impacted all of us, hosts, guests, the whole nation. Your health and ours is our number one concern. In order to ensure the safest possible stay for our guests and ourselves, we are implementing State, local and Airbnb requirements and guidelines that include but may not be limited to: - Requiring/enforcing strict social distancing and use of mask in any host guest interaction - Hosts reserve the right , depending on guests point of origin, to require ad hoc that potential guests present a certificate of being Covid-19-free. Test must have been conducted no more that 10 days from check in date - Upon checking in, all guests are required to sign a statement declaring that a) They have not been outside the country during the last 30 days, including Alaska and Hawaii b) To the best of their knowledge they have not been in contact with anyone with Covid-19 c) They are free from any Covid-19 symptoms, such as coughing, fever, chills, shortness of breath, congestion, runny nose, headache, nausea or vomiting, diarreah and others d) If during their stay guests develop any Covid-related symptoms, they are under the obligation to inform hosts immediately and to get tested so hosts can take appropriate safety measures. By the same token, hosts will keep guests apprised of any health issue that may be of concern. e) Additional measures may/will be discussed with guests as necessary upon checking in We understand these measures are indeed unusual and inconvenient, but we hope our guests understand they are absolutely necessary to try and ensure your and our safety.
